mycket påtaglig känsla av att vi nu snart kommer att ha ett krig i Ukraina. Några
Pro-ryssar utropade idag Donetsk sig som en fri stat från Ukraina och ber Putin
om militär hjälp. Putin vill förstärka gränsen mot Finland och Norge. SÄPO
berättar att ryssarna köper svenska kartor. Här följer en nyhetssammanställning

”A handful of pro-Russian separatists in the
barricaded Donetsk Oblast government administration declared the creation of
the Donetsk People's Republic on April 7, as a few hundred activists continued
to rally outside the building, which is surrounded by piles of car tires and wrapped
in barbed wire.
People in the square cheered and congratulated each
other, and sang the Russian national anthem. The Russian state flag was raised
over the regional administration on Sunday.
The declaration of independence, which was read by the
separatists during a live broadcast by one of their activists, said that “the
people of Donetsk People's Republic have an exclusive right for its land,
subsoil, air space, water and other natural resources” and that the republic
has a right for an independent financial, economic and other policies.”

activists have declared their region independent from Kiev. This comes after
protesters stormed a local government building last night”
Today at 12:20 local time, a session of the people's
Council of Donbass (Donetsk region) took place in the main hall of the Regional
Council and unanimously voted on a declaration to form a new independent state:
the People’s Republic of Donetsk.
The Council proclaimed itself the only legitimate body
in the region until the regions in southeast Ukraine conduct a general
referendum, set to take place no later than May 11.
“The Donetsk Republic is to be created within the
administrative borders of the Donetsk region. This decision will come into
effect after the referendum,” the statement said.
The Council in Donetsk issued an address to Russian
President Vladimir Putin, asking for deployment of a temporary peacekeeping
force to the region.
“Without support it will be hard for us to stand
against the junta in Kiev,” said the address.
“We are addressing Russian President Putin because we

Rysslands import från Ukraina har
minskat med 30% årets första två månader.
Märkligt att
minskningen kom så tidigt kan man tycka. Å andra sidan så har de ju exporterat
en och annan militär…

Putin vill stärka gränsen mot Norge
och Finland

on Monday, Vladimir Putin outlined the designated priorities for the future
work. FSB is in charge of guarding Russia’s external borders, including the
land-border to neighboring Norway and Finland in the northwest as well as
coastline borders to the Arctic Ocean.
“As a priority, we must continue the development of
border infrastructure in the Arctic region, as well as on the southern
strategic direction,” Vladimir Putin told the audience of FSB officers.”

a new wave of a special operation by the Russian Federation against Ukraine had
started. Its aim is to destabilize the situation in the country, overthrow the
Ukrainian authorities, sabotage the (May 25 presidential) election and tear
apart our country.
The separatist groupings which are coordinated by
Russian secret services, have taken over the regional administration building
in Kharkiv, the regional administration and State Security Service buildings in
Donetsk, and also the building of the State Security Service in Luhansk. In
particular, what is especially dangerous, they took weapons into their hands.
All this is happening on the background of the
presence of Russian troops close to our border. The enemies of Ukraine are
trying to play the Crimean scenario, but we will not allow it.
Last night we created the Anti-Crisis headquarters. We
will conduct anti-terrorist measures against those who took up to arms. We have
increased the defense of the eastern border of our country.
Taking into consideration the passive behavior of some
local law enforcement bodies, they will be strengthened with subdivisions from

Russia confirms its proposals for international

efforts together with foreign partners, including the ministers of foreign
affairs of countries that attested to the 21 February agreement on the
settlement of the crisis in Ukraine.
The key
points: Ukraine needs to federalize, thus giving far more autonomy to the
regions, and Russia is not causing this crisis, the “political forces that call

En Ukrainsk soldat sköts på morgonen

A group of
Russian attorneys have issued an appeal against police and judicial abuse
Fifteen lawyers have signed an appeal protesting the
large number of detentions of protesters related to the Bolotnaya defendants’
trial and the annexation of the Crimea, saying that many are unlawful:
“Numerous
witness testimonies enable us to state that the overwhelming majority of these
detentions are of an unlawful nature and can be qualified under Art. 310 of the
Russian Federation Criminal Code (“Unlawful detention, imprisonment under guard
or placement under guards”). The courts — the only place where citizens can
count on defense of their rights — are ‘legalizing’ these violations, issuing
clearly unjust sentences on the basis of one-sided and at times even fabricated
evidence. The number of such essentially anti-legal actions by courts falling
under Art. 305 of the RF Criminal Code (“Issuing deliberately unlawful
sentences, decisions or other judicial acts”) only in recent days number in the
several hundreds and are continue to grow. Unfortunately, an appropriate
reaction to this on the part of all the Constitutional institutions obliged to
oversee the compliance with the law is missing.”

Putin Tells
Security Service To Be On Alert, Warns On NGOs
“President Vladimir Putin has told Russia's Federal
Security Service (FSB) to be on the alert against militant attacks and said the
country must not let nongovernmental organizations be used for

Putin, who met
with the leaders of the FSB today, told them to remain on the alert after the
Sochi Winter Olympics and expressed concern about the danger of internal
dissent being fuelled by the West following events in Ukraine.

mina vänner på Facebook
Som jag
tidigare berättat så startade denna blogg på min egen Facebook sida. Jag
började där den 22 februari skriva till mina vänner om den oroande utveckling
jag såg i öster. I morse skrev jag till dem igen. Här nedan kan du läsa vad jag
skrev.
Jag skrev
följande på min Facebook sida för en stund sedan. Detta är ingen
nyhetssammanfattningar, det är ett råd till mina vänner…
”Vänner! Nu är det tyvärr dags igen.
Igår började blodiga protester samtidigt i 3 städer i östra Ukraina. Vi kommer
under veckan se protesterna sprida sig i de östra delarna av Ukraina.
Busslaster med ryska ”turister” har nu kommit till olika städer och förväntas
aktivt vara med i protesterna. Igår så kom flera tecken på att det var ryska
fallskärmsjägare med i ockupationen av de centrala husen i resp. stad. De är
enligt uppgift instruerade att ockupera myndighetsbyggnader och genomdriva
lokala folkomröstningar för att sedan i media kräva dess legitimitet. Detta är
med största sannolikhet beställt av Putin för att han i sin tur skall kunna
säga att han har rätt och skyldighet enligt beslut i Duman att skydda ryssar i
Ukraina. Att nästa steg är ett militärt ingripande är mycket troligt. Om det
tar några dagar, eller någon vecka beror på hur legitimt Putin vill att
inmarschen skall vara.
Denna gången kommer de dock sannolikt
möta motstånd, då Ukrainas lilla militärmakt nu har mobiliserat och övat i
några veckor. Att det blir oblodigt finns nog inte på agendan. Tjeckiens
president gick igår ut och sa att han som NATO medlem inte stillasittande kan
se detta ske. Han propagerar för ett militärt ingripande fr NATO om Ryssland
fortsätter sin intrång i Ukraina.
I lördags beslutade Duman att alla
ryssar, oavsett vilket land de bor i kan begära ryskt medborgarskap. Varför
beslutade de om detta?
Med risk för att låta alarmistiska så
fundera lite på vad detta kommer innebära för dig personligen. Fundera på hur
börsen kommer utvecklas i orostider. Fundera även på hur den utvecklas om vi
får ett krig mellan västländer och Ryssland. Jag ser ingen fördel att ha
pengarna i aktier just nu. Plocka ut med risk att missa en uppgång, är långt
mycket bättre än att följa med ned.

har tyvärr somnat om efter Krimkrisen och nyheter om detta är närmare en meter
